The trustees have been working on updating the Village Hall charity governance document. We are making these changes so that the legal structure and associated documentation will allow us to operate the Hall, in line with the needs of our trustees and residents.

We will be distributing a leaflet to every house in the village explaining the changes.
We will be proposing the adoption of the new constitution at the Village Hall AGM on 8th April 2024.
